If something has gone wrong
We’d rather hear about it than not. A phone call often sorts things out on the spot.
Tell us first
If you’d prefer to write, email [email protected] and tell us your name, the domain or offer involved, what happened and what you’d like us to do about it. We’ll acknowledge within one business day and give you a proper answer within three. If we’re waiting on a registrar or registry, we’ll say so and keep you posted.
Escalation
Not satisfied with our answer? Reply with the subject line Complaint Escalation and a senior member of the team who wasn’t involved will look at it fresh, again acknowledging within one business day and replying within three.
If you still feel we’ve got it wrong
EU consumers can go to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) or the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. If the problem is with a payment, refund or transfer handled by a registrar marketplace, raise it with that company too, and we’ll help you do that. Concerns about your personal data can go to the Data Protection Commission (see our Privacy Policy).
